Thursday, April 11th
- Deadline to cancel OmegaSpring 2024 registration and hotel room
- 11:59pm: Online advance registration closes
Wednesday, April 17th
- 6:30-8:30pm: Inventory in St. Paul – please sign up to help !
Saturday, April 20th
- 9am: Load the OmegaVans in St. Paul – please sign up to help !
- 1pm: Unload the OmegaVans into the Hospitality Suite (aka Room of Retro) at the Lodge – please sign up to help !
Thursday, April 25th
- 12pm: OmegaCon gains access to the Big Bear and Gandy Dancer event spaces
- 3pm: Hotel room check-in is available
Friday, April 26th
- 24 hours: Big Bear, Gandy Dancer, pool/hot tub/sauna, Satellite Room, Trapper’s Cabin
- 6:30am-12pm: Breakfast nook is open
- 3pm: Movie room, Room of Retro are open
- 3:30pm: OmegaCon registration + merchandise opens
- 7:30pm: OmegaCon tour (Meet in Big Bear)
- 7pm-1am: NomSweet and Roadkill’s Bar are open
- 9pm: Bonfire (weather permitting)
- 10pm: OmegaCon tour (Meet in Big Bear)
Saturday, April 27th
- 24 hours: Big Bear, Gandy Dancer, Arts & Crafts, pool/hot tub/sauna, Satellite Room, Trapper’s Cabin, Movie Room, Room of Retro
- 9am-1am: NomSweet is open
- 9am-11am: Roadkill’s Bar is open
- 11am-1pm: OmegaCon registration + merchandise hours
- 4pm-1am: Roadkill’s Bar is open
- Dusk: Bonfire (weather permitting)
- 7-8pm: OmegaCon registration + merchandise hours
Sunday, April 28th
- 24 hours: Big Bear, Gandy Dancer, pool/hot tub/sauna are available
- 9am-11am: NomSweet and Roadkill’s Bar are open
- 10am-12pm: OmegaCon registration + merchandise hours
- 11am: hotel room checkout, help load out NomSweet
- 12pm: Movie Room, Room of Retro close
- 12pm: help load out Merch + Registration
- 5pm: hotel room late checkout (limited availability on a first come, first served basis)
Monday, April 29th
- 6:30-8:30pm: Unload OmegaVans in St. Paul – please sign up to help !
